While we hate to see you leave our Zips membership program, the quickest way is to complete a new ticket on our website and fill out the entire information requested.
In addition to your personal information, the following is a list of the key items you should have on hand to complete the request:
- Membership Sticker / RFID number (this is located on the sticker on your windshield)
- Zips location where you signed up.
- Reason for canceling.
We attempt to process all tickets within 72 hours. If there is any additional information need one of our customer support agents will get in touch with you.
